Refund and Cancellation Policy
At LedgerBill.in, we strive to deliver a high-quality billing and inventory experience. Since our software is provided as a digital service, we encourage you to use our free trial or demo to evaluate its suitability for your business before purchasing a subscription.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription to LedgerBill.in at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not auto-renew.
Refund Eligibility
- If you are not satisfied with LedgerBill.in, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or subscription payment.
- Refund requests submitted after 7 days of purchase are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are not applicable to monthly subscriptions or recurring renewals unless requested within the 7-day window of the initial subscription purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email our support team at Ledgerbillolwix@gmail.com with your registered mobile number, email address, transaction reference, and the reason for your refund request. Our team will review your request and get back to you.
Processing of Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method (bank account, credit card, debit card, or UPI) within 5 to 7 working days.
