1. Terms of Service
LedgerBill.in is developed, owned, and operated by OLWIX EBIZ PRIVATE LIMITED. The platform provides cloud-based GST billing, inventory, ledger, and reporting services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time with or without prior notice.
2. User Account & Security
To use our services, you must register by providing a valid mobile number and other required details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Subscription Fees and Payments
- Certain premium features on LedgerBill.in require subscription fees. All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable GST.
- Subscriptions will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
- Failure to pay subscription fees may result in the suspension of access to premium features or your business data.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use LedgerBill.in for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities. You are responsible for ensuring that all invoices, customer transactions, and accounting records complied with local laws and GST regulations of India.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall OLWIX EBIZ PRIVATE LIMITED or its directors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the billing platform.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Behror, Rajasthan.
